This is an update to the notice posted on May 11, 2026.
Construction to support Surrey Langley SkyTrain will advance with pile driving for column foundations continuing through early 2027, beginning at 200 Street and moving east. Mobilization to the area is underway along Industrial Avenue, and this work may result in increased noise, vibration and intermittent overnight welding. Work may occur on Sundays and Statutory Holidays beginning July 12, 2026. Eastbound-only traffic will remain on Industrial Avenue from 200 Street to 203 Street, with a temporary right lane closure northbound on 200 Street at Industrial Avenue in effect until mid-July 2026. Pedestrian, cyclist and business access will be maintained, with ongoing coordination for affected businesses.
