Posted May 11, 2026 – Construction to support Surrey Langley SkyTrain will advance with pile driving for column foundations starting May 14, 2026, and continuing through early 2027, beginning at 200 Street and moving east. Mobilization to the area is underway along Industrial Avenue, and this work may result in increased noise, vibration and intermittent overnight welding. Eastbound-only traffic will remain on Industrial Avenue from 200 Street to 203 Street, with a temporary right lane closure northbound on 200 Street at Industrial Avenue beginning mid-May for about one month. Pedestrian, cyclist and business access will be maintained, with ongoing coordination for affected businesses.
