Posted September 16, 2026 – This is an update to the notice distributed on September 1, 2026, to reflect a change in traffic patterns.
This notice provides information about upcoming construction activities for the Surrey Langley SkyTrain project. Fraser Highway will be open to westbound traffic only, between 140 Street and 96 Avenue from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on September 21 to December 20, 2026. The same section of Fraser Highway will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Left turn restrictions will be in place on Fraser Highway and 140 St 24/7.
