Posted November 3, 2026 – Surrey Langley SkyTrain construction is underway. To safely lift and install beams above the road, the following traffic pattern changes will be in effect 24/7 from November 12 to December 12, 2026. Local access only to/from Fraser Highway between Whalley Boulevard and 140 Street. Traffic control personnel will coordinate access in and out of the closure area with residents. Access for emergency services and service providers will be maintained. Alternate routes available via King George Boulevard, 100 Avenue, and 96 Avenue. No access to/from 138 Street north of Fraser Highway until December 18, 2026.
