Posted October 22, 2026 – Surrey Langley SkyTrain construction is underway. A launching gantry, the Surrey Sprinter, is installing the guideway for the future SkyTrain at 140 Street.
To support this activity, overnight and weekend work will occur from October 27 to November 8, 2026, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. No through access on 140 Street north and south of Fraser Highway. Right turn only from southbound 140 Street to westbound Fraser Highway. Northbound traffic on 140 Street will be detoured at 96 Avenue.
