Posted October 13, 2026 – Surrey Langley SkyTrain construction is underway. A launching gantry, the Clayton Clipper, is installing the guideway for the future SkyTrain. Segment delivery and installation is taking place on Fraser Highway, east of Highway 15. To support this activity, launching gantry operations and segment deliveries will occur overnight and on weekends. There will be temporary access changes for roads, intersections, sidewalks and driveways while the gantry is working above. Noise mitigation measures will be in place, and lighting will be directed towards the work areas.
