Posted February 9, 2026 – Foundation work is occurring on Fraser Highway west of 140 Street and requires large, specialized equipment. Access to businesses west of 140 Street is available from 140 Street southbound only. There will be no left turn from Fraser Highway eastbound onto 140 Street northbound.
