Posted August 6, 2025 – Activities include foundation construction, pier construction, utility relocations, installation of new utilities to power the SkyTrain and road works. To carry out this work, traffic pattern changes will be in effect on Fraser Highway between 196 Street and 200 Street. Utility work will start just west of 200 Street and move towards 196 Street. A single lane will be maintained on Fraser Highway in both directions until January 2026.
Business access will be maintained throughout construction with right turns in and out of driveways.
